Just under 8 weeks ago we decided to start Booze Tea Club. I can’t believe what we’ve achieved to get to being at our first outing today. And what a first outing. Having been a Holisitc Therapist myself since 2003, being at an event like this is 💯 my comfort zone and my tribe. Absolutely loving what we are doing and creating, and so grateful for all of the support we have received in getting us off the ground, booking us, and purchasing our tea infused creations. Thank you a million times over ✨🌞💛😋🌝

SLUSHIES
Banana Colada
Creamy banana, tropical pineapple, spicy chai, infused with Earl Grey

Green Matcha Mojito
Refreshing Mint with Green Tea and Matcha, Zesty lime, and hydrating coconut water

Hot Mango Margarita
Bold and warming. Spicy Cajun and ginger heat up tropical mango juice which is balanced by Rooibos and Tumeric Root tea, and finished with coconut milk

SHAKEN
The Scarlet Kiss
Rose and Hibiscus tea shaken with pink elderflower, topped with soda, and recommended finished with a shot of Sentia GABA Red for relaxation

Melba Muse
Lush peach meets floral elderflower and infused fragrant Earl Grey, Lemon and Rosemary, topped with soda, and garnished with dried raspberries. Recommended with a shot of Sentia GABA Gold to lift your mood and balance your mind

Calm Storm
A contradiction of calming chamomile tea with spicy ginger and zesty lime, topped with soda, and recommended with a shot of Sentia GABA Black to boost energy and enjoy the weekend

Autumn Reverie? A refined and refreshing pear cocktail with a sophisticated twist.
Description: An elegant blend of pear spirit and Bianco Vermouth, lifted by the citrusy bitterness of Earl Grey and the delicate floral spice of rose, cardamom, and ginger. A whisper of elderflower and pear syrup adds subtle depth, while pear purée lends a gentle body. Shaken with ice and finished with soda for a light sparkle, this cocktail is crisp, classy, and not too sweet—perfect for sipping on a cool evening or a chic garden gathering.

We are going to play with enhancing specific flavours to check we have the balance right or if any of the flavours need accentuating.

Waiting patiently for the pink elderflower to bloom in my garden so it can be added to one of my favourite tea mocktail combinations — a fragrant blend of cardamom, rose, ginger, and dragon fruit tea.

This botanical beauty will be mixed with a non-alcoholic herbal spirit, cloudy apple, and white grape for a refreshing ritual that’s perfect for a mindful drinking moment.
